Jeff Venzie Presented a Seminar to the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors – Solicitor’s Conference on April 19, 2021 on “Risk Management on Multi-Prime Construction Projects”

Jeff spoke about the Separations Act and the problems it tends to cause as far as project coordination amongst the multiple prime contractors, delays and other scheduling issues.  Jeff discussed ways public owners can address and mitigate these issues through contract documents and the structure of the owner’s project team, including the engagement of a construction manager.
