Attorney Position Profile
We are seeking an individual attorney with 5+ years of experience in construction law and litigation. The ideal candidate will be devoted to the highest standards of excellence and client service and can independently manage full case handling responsibilities, including:
- Analyzing complex issues
- Drafting pleadings
- Structuring and executing all facets of discovery including e-discovery issues
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing document-intensive cases
- Drafting motions and briefs
- Court appearances
- Handling all facets of mediation, arbitration and trial
- Interacting directly with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues and staff
Superior analytical skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as being a team player with a passion for advocacy, are critical to success in this position.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Licensure in New Jersey is a plus.
